Is the estimate really free?
Yes. We visit the property, walk it with you and send a personalized estimate at no cost and with no obligation.
How fast can you start?
It depends on the season and our route. Call us and we will tell you the first available day for your property.
Do you show prices on the website?
No. Every property is different, so we quote after the walk-through. Maintenance is priced per visit and confirmed in writing.

Service & contracts
Do I need to sign a long contract?
No. We offer weekly, bi-weekly and monthly service, annual contracts and one-time projects.
What is included in weekly maintenance?
Mowing, edging, trimming and blowing, plus general property upkeep. Mulching and seasonal cleanups can be added to the plan.
Do you work in the winter?
Yes. Spring cleanup, summer maintenance, fall leaves and snow and ice removal in winter.
Do you handle emergencies after storms?
Yes. Storm cleanup is one of our core services. Same-day service is possible depending on the schedule.
Do you work with HOAs and commercial properties?
Yes. We maintain HOA common areas and commercial properties, with annual contracts available. HOA & commercial
